Just a short question. i had an argument with someone.. and i dont wanna call but whenever i try to send a msg i dont get a delivery report... is it possible that this person have blocked my text messages or something?

Hi, there are apps that can block calls or messages from another one, or private calls or messages

Not all carriers support a delivery report, even though you ticked it. With some carriers it's necessary to type *0# at the beginning of a msg in order to receive a report.
