    Hi folks
    Dont know if im just being stupid here but i cant seem to delete individual texts.If i try it tells me it will delete the whole thread????.

    Long press the message you wish to delete.

    You just helped me out too re another issue - I was looking to see why I couldn't find the message forwarding option, however found it now thanks to your reply re this problem. The long press...how simply - can't believe I didn't work it out.

    Is there any way of selecting multiple messages for deletion? Or is There An App For That?

    Try long pressing on lots of stuff on your phone and you will be amazed by the extra options you have

    HTC Messages doesnt facilitate that option, however if you download Handcent SMS, that offers a 'tick box' option to delete messages

    I've been doing that a lot today and you're totally right. I now get disappointed when a menu doesn't come up if I long press it! Cheers, Paul
