Hi all! New to this forum and hoping someone can help. For some reason, the voicemail on my Samsung Galaxy 2 4G (via Virgin Mobile) is out of whack. Used to click on my voicemail icon and all was good. Now for some reason it sends me a text saying I have a voicemail and to call a certain number. When I call that number it says I have "no voicemail" To make matters worse, when I click on my usual voicemail icon it also says I have no voicemail. So I'm not able to get/use my voicemail AT ALL!
Called Virgin Mobile last night and they had me reset the phone....which did nothing. Anyone have any ideas how to get it back to original (where my voicemails show up under the icon?)
