text with pc app?

has anyone seen an app that allows you to text from your PC? this is the app i miss the most from my winmo transition

Yes. PDAnet has that ability to do so. Once you plug your phone via blutooth or usb, you can just start a SMSagent.

the best is talkmyphone since you can use any gtalk or jabber client.

If you don't mind having to download a pc client then texdro is good.

I think you are asking about SMS via your cellphone service provider from the PC correct? If so try using SMS2PC, its an awesome app that dose it wirelessly as long as your cell is on the same wifi router as billBox/macBox/linuxBox. Down load the app for your phone and the app from there site for the PC. A chat box will pop up when ever a text comes in to your cellphone.
