Texting in another language

Hey guys, I'm new here so I don't know any protocol. I apologize for that. But I'm trying to text a simple line of text from my phone but in another language, specifically khmer. Is that possible? Thank you in advance.

I'm not quite sure if this can be done, however...you might wanna checkout if there are any apps available on the Play Store that can do what you want.
