I wonder if Apple's new, more lax, app approval process is a response to the winning open-source strategy that is Android...
To be honest, that is most likely the reason.
Yeah I can't imagine any other reason they would make such a radical shift in policy.
Maybe they did it just because its the right thing to do and they just want to support their developers.. HAHAHAHAHA. I almost got that out without laughing, oh well.
Yea, its the marketshare spooking them. They know that MS hasn't accomplished anything during their last decade of messing around in the mobile space and they aren't likely to start now. RIM is a one tricky pony, its a good trick though, their hold on the enterprise smart phone space is still pretty solid. Android has evolved into a threat and its getting bigger every day.
