    I've honestly been waiting for someone that's flash happy to do a review of all the roms, but the only problem with that is they are pretty much all in beta so the reviews would have to be redone/amended every update.

    I'm currently using stock++ with smurfed out and 3g turbocharger, and everything is fast but I still have random freezes. Even with no overclock. I'm sure the ROM is fine, but my phone is justa derp.

    well i used the BEAST rom and it helped out pretty well... i just now found out about these scripts... i'll tell you my plan...

    Admiral Beast... (ROM)
    V6 SuperCharger, KAK Tweaks, and 3GTurboCharger Scripts (for Speed) {link at bottom}
    Req's Kernel (Kernel)

    I can't seem to get the Kernel to load into the phone... i am using this link... [Script-U9RC8.2]Be A Super User! Use The -=V6 SuperCharger=- Lag, Redraw & RAM Fixer! - xda-developers

    i can't DL Script manager through the market so i got an APK for it.. but i need the Kernel loaded first to use Scripts...

    Right now i need Req's Kernel to work so anyone able to help with that the rest should go smoothly...

    http://androidforums.com/galaxy-pre...ak-tweaks-3gturbocharger-scripts-prevail.html

    EDIT: OK OK OK i read alittle more and it seem the kernel isn't going to work without cm7 installed along side it... i was only wanting the kernel not cm7 i use my phone too much cm7 is almost stable but not yet like the Beast... :p any comments let me know..

    This is from my experience

    After the Original MertoPCS that comes with the phone

    1-Samsung Official release for Samsung Admire (Generic not Metro)
    there are tweeks that are needed for the MMS
    but It is amazingly perfect (no crash -no restart-all devices works-one click update - official from samsung)

    2-requisite0 CM7.2 with Android 2.3.7
    It's the one I am currently using... It's fast and quick with many amazing features (there are some bugs with Mac Address - Cam and MMS) but they are things I don't really need. Does not restart or crash.

    Reqs stock++ kernel works without CM7... Are you sure you are trying his kernel from the stock++ thread?

    My current setup:

    Stock++ Rom/OC Kernel by Req
    V6 Supercharger(512 HP balance setting)
    3G Turbocharger (Quick setting, Fast breaks my wifi)

    When Req fixes the youtube and mac address issues with CM7, I will probably switch to that.
    I tried out Monster 4, but realized just how much stock kernel sucks.

    Check the other thread you started asking for help. For V6, I just use 512 HP Balance(I think option 6 in update 9 RC 8.2). The script is very user friendly and will more-or-less hold your hand. Ultimately, the Rom(and kernel) you use is up to your own preference.

    Aside from reqs cm7 i keep as a nandroid backup, stock ++ is awesome.. Till i screwed with it.. Tried boraichees miui, was a good rom but not my taste.. Tried monsteria from killcmd, but keep having a simcard need for data error.. Otherwise that's a quick bugger too with the 900mhz kernel.. I'm eventually going back to my oc'd stock, but I've got a few hours to kill going flash crazy til then.. Cm7 is my permanent nandroid backup though, it's guaranteed to never fail me when i foul something up and need to get back running asap..

    Hands down I would have to say Monster 4 is the all-out best ROM so far.

    It is very clean and runs great, with a light footprint. Never do I have any issues with FC's or anything of that sort. Only issue I have with M4 is the whisper quiet notifications, but that can be dealt with easily. Otherwise it is almost completely bug-free.

    But I only run Monster 4 with LauncherPro +. I must have total control over my dock and be able to customize it to my nerdly likings. Having a dock with 15 of my most used apps saves a ton of screen space and really makes things look spiffy.

    So bottom line...Monster 4 with STOCK kernal. Genovdot is the man.

    I personally like the verbous Roms ... they are all smooth and run based off of the stock++ and mixed with the best of others. plus they are crazy tweaked for performance...but that's just my opinion...LOL....geno does however have a sweet a@# ROM and bor does awesome work...I've never been a cm7 fan

    I'm on stock ++ right now oc'ed to 900 running smooth as ever.
    There is more options if you keep it on the original kernal. I like all the monsters and verbous ones. It all depends what your taste is.

    Yeah man, you make some tight Roms. I like how you are always on top of things and are consistent with new versions/Roms. It is also nice that you stick around in your threads to support those that are in need.

    I know you don't think so, but you are appreciated around here.

    Keep up the great work.
