1) What happens if I check this?

2) You can make calls with "Network Lock" unchecked, as opposed to being stuck w/ emergency calls only.

Any thoughts on that?

Yeah I haven't had any hidden menus to change my rom to motion colab version 3.0, I tried to fix for hidden menus and it did not work
