how do i move all apps to memory card from memory card.
I don't understand: do you mean from one memory card to another, or to memory card from internal memory?
From one card to another is simple enough, especially if you have a card reader. Copy the first card completely to a computer, making sure you copy everything. In particular ensure you get any files or folders whose name starts with ".", which are "hidden" files in linux (or android) - apps moved to SD will be in a folder called .android_secure, so if you don't copy that this won't work. Then copy it all to the new card, insert new card in phone and you're away.
From internal memory to sd card is trickier. If you are running android 4.x, you can't (at least not without rooting the phone and modifying the software). On earlier versions (well, 2.2 and 2.3) you can move individual apps to SD via settings > apps, select app, select "move to sd". Not all apps can be moved, and apps whose widgets you use you should not move (the widgets will stop working).
