The "suspend" function of android needs a monitor!

Hopefully someone can do this.
I've noticed that most battery drainage that is not intentional comes from the "suspend" system process. I'm guessing that's what puts the phone to sleep and suspends all the active apps.
Make an app that monitors this process and can then give to a report on what apps are preventing "suspend" from doing it's job. Maybe it can have a feature to freeze or close stubborn ones that you don't want to uninstall
