    ICS/JB Theme AKA ArumEsteemThemev2.1 byAndroidAdmire
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Behold the JB/ICS Theme for the LG Esteem 4G. Full credit goes to Fuzzy and Idrifta for the base packages and APKs. I modified the whole status bar and framework and build.prop, everything. Build.Prop says Jelly Bean 4.1.1. This is my first release. Do whatever you want with it.

    (Requires ROM Number #2!)

first piece of advice ill give is to not change the os number.. many people dont actually read notes so will/can cause mass mayhem lol but ill take a closer look when im out work at 5am :( fml lol

as long as it not a complete robbery than ill support it , we all gotta start somewhere lol ;)

Good luck and any questions ill be glad to help

Yea never, ever change the Android version to show as anything but what it actually is.

And the stock kernel??? really? lol

Other than that looks great, I might even give it a shot minus the build.prop & kernel. ;) lol

Yeah i was thinking that that wouldn't go over well. Anyone can change it themselves if they want to but adding it in a theme? Not a good idea. You always need to know what is on your phone, not what you would "like" to be on your phone.

I didn't notice the stock kernel. But honestly the only thing I noticed different than mine was the blue line on the bottom of the status bar. Maybe Im missing something.

Yea in all honesty, there is no need for a theme to include the build.prop. I know you themers want a lil recognition too, but the build.prop isnt it, leave that to the ROM builders/cookers. ;)

And Op needs a lil editing, updater doesnt wipe system (as it shouldnt for a theme), and would someone teach LDrifta to spell system!!!!!!!! ;)

yeah i never saw the point of a build prop in a theme other than changing text and once again, that's something people can do themselves with ROM toolbox.

But this is his first attempt so hopefully he is taking notes.

Honestly i could have just added the status bar variation to my thread cause honestly ui wise, that's will i see that's different. Idk

    It's all a learning process ;)

    I learn something new everyday

Is the king of typos really correcting some one else's? Because I remember very clearly back in the days of the Ascend *someone* posted a link for a CM update and misspelled his own name in the link which caused it not to work! :p

Nice theme! One thing tho the OP is very misleading to newbies with the ArumEsteemRom in the title. ArumEsteemTheme actually even sounds cooler to say :D;)

Well idrifta is free to use it to improve their current theme! As well as fuzzy.

Do you happen to have the framework apk in decompiled status? I wanna change the system backgrounds before I use it but cant decompile the already edited and compiled ones. Wanna change all the black backgrounds to the ics/Jellybean ones. I'll send back the compiled apk in for you to post/add to the theme if you do/could hook me up with it
