This is why it's not working
You got an ETA on Grape Kew-Laid??
:D:D

But to make it flashable, use the apkinstaller.zip (uot kitchen edits framework-rez.apk and systemui.apk)
You will need to create a "framework" folder inside system. systemui.apk goes into app and framework in framework

Can not open file C:/blah-blah/settings.zip as archive. tried sevral diff. zippers now and nothing. F-M-L!!

Basically all you have to do is right click on the .apk file and click open with 7zip if that's what you use, I use WinRAR and it let's me open apk files with the right click open with dialog...

Matter of fact, that's how I swapped out app drawer icons in Xperia Home.apk earlier, then I drag and dropped Xperia Home.apk into the system/app folder inside of ApkInstaller.zip and flashed it in CWM and it worked a treat!! :D

Ok Dais, all I did was move the folders into the system directory instead of being in the main directory, if I'm not mistaken by comparing to another theme zip I have, the only thing that's supposed to be in the main directory is Meta-info folder and the System folder, not your fault though, probably the way UOT Kitchen compiled it, but it did give me a problem with Settings.zip in the Settings folder, said it was corrupted, what is that file for, never seen a settings.zip like that in any other theme zip...

Koo but I cant update the script later... Hang on I am going to switch out the settings.apk with a copy. Cross fingers!

Ok, np, I'm standing by if you need help bro, if you need to you can send me the settings.apk file and I can put it in for ya, np at all, let's get this bad boy goin'!! :D

Btw, is the text in Settings menu supposed to be a purple color?? and is the dock icons supposed to be purple as well?? Just asking because they're still blue from when I had BlueME1.2 in there...

EDIT: Now that I think about it, helping you with yours I may have found out how to fix mine now!! lmao!! :p

EDIT 2: I fixed your settings file in the settings folder, after taking a look at the settings file in my UOT theme zip, it appears that the extension had to be .uot, in other words I renamed it from settings.zip to settings.uot, and after doing so I can confirm that it can be opened with Notepad++ for editing it correctly... :D

Edit: I said I needed to recompile some .pngs

Well maybe you could shed some light on how to do that, I'm still learning a lot about this theming crap, so I'd like to eventually get to where I can make my own themes... :p
