Root Theme help

I am new to themeing, and could use some help. I used apktool to decompile cm7 rom and changed some of the png images. Now I have a new framework.apk file and want to install it on my phone. I have apkinstaller, but need to know how to correctly place the framework.apk back in a zip to install it. Any help would be much appreciated!

It should be going to system/framework
Make sure the folder gets placed in the APK installer.
So it should look like this
ApkInstaller.zip\system\framework\framework-Res.apk
