Root [Themers] main/system font Change?

Where can we change the main systems font?
Is it possible to do so?
And can I also change the size of the font?
Just need some tips.
Been looking on how to do this but I cannot seem to get most of em.

The fonts are in /system/fonts and the default font is DroidSans.ttf. I may be wrong about the last part...

It was all fun!
But I ended up just finding apks for it.
I want a permanent solution without using an app.
Hence the question for themers..
I know UOTK can do this for me.
So I want to learn where it is that it for switched!
