Where can we change the main systems font?
Is it possible to do so?
And can I also change the size of the font?
    Just need some tips.
Been looking on how to do this but I cannot seem to get most of em.

The fonts are in /system/fonts and the default font is DroidSans.ttf. I may be wrong about the last part...

I know where to find them.
But I want to know where I can change (what script to mod) to change it to a different font.

There are lots of apps to change the android system font. "Font Changer", "Font Installer" and others to name a few. See this for details on Font Installer, it can automatically download a lot of fonts for you.
