there is problem with one application

DeaR SIR,

My self rahul bansal i am using an android mobile phone and i installed an application name called VAULTY.Its an apllication where we can hide our images or videos.And sir i did that i hide some of my personnel images in that apllication (VAULTY).But i dont know how after some days that application was deleted from my mobile phone automatically and also i losted all my personel images which i hided in that application(VAULTY).But sir there is an thumbnail of those images save in my SD card.But when i am opening those thumbnail it is opning in HTML view. so please can you help me how to get my images back in original form. I need them back so please help me....i want your help.
PLAESE REPLY ME BACK..I WANT THEM BACK ITS IMPORTANT
