Hi all I
You have 3 choices with cm7,
Stable : [ROM] CyanogenMod-7 for Desire GSM V7.0.3 (06/05/2011) - xda-developers
7.1 rc1 : [ROM][27/06/11] CyanogenMod-7.1 for Desire GSM :: (V7.1-RC1) - xda-developers
Experimental/Nightly : [NIGHTLY][ROM][GRJ90] CyanogenMod 7 for vendor Bravo (HTC Desire GSM) - xda-developers
also here is the cyanogen website : CyanogenMod | Android Community Rom based on Gingerbread
personally i run the nightly and find it to be very stable but sometimes you get bugs in the latest builds so if you do not wish to risk that i recommend one of the other builds.
Good luck it is a great rom.
You want a change? I say go for MIUI, run a launcher over it if you need. It's a beautiful ROM. I've been using it for a month now. I had to switch back to oxygen for a couple of days do to a problem with my recovery. Missed MIUI every second of it till I fixed my recovery, and switched back.
Have installed update-cm-7.0.3-Desire-signed but theres no google account or market app have i missed some thing?
sorry forget that have found the gapps and installed ,will keep posted as i get used to cm7 thanks
You have to flash google apps separately with cm7
Thanks all done i forgot to do it cheers
Loving CM7,very smooth and no glitches at the mo ,the video recording is excellant,i found with Leedroid some stuttering on the recorded videos,Lots of new features ,its a pity you cant pick your favs and make the ultimate personnal rom,will enjoy this for the time being and have a look at the MIUI rom when im ready for another.
Does CM7 support 720p video yet?
I dont expect it ever will.
