I have bought this phone for my mother since it has global roaming capabilities, but I noticed right away that it had a lot of bloatware. is there anyone looking to start development for this phone?

well, I have high hopes for this phone, I did notice that the LG X Power came out for boost mobile as well. had a shake on how I felt about this phone but ultimately I am thinking that this is the best of the two for most of my needs.

I will try and play with it for a week or two before I try and make any moves or promises to do anything else with it.

in my opinion, if root is achieved for this phone it will make it an amazing phone to own for just $100.
it should arrive within a few days.

thanks for commenting svim, I was planning on that.
    I got mine on the 21st (9/21/2016)
    still kinda messing with it.

so far I can say three things.
    1) the original launcher is vertical scroll, so if you like/prefer horizontal scroll you need a different launcher.
    2) bloat ware seems to take almost 3-4GB (this is a random estimate since I havent looked into it much further then a quick glance.
    3) decent size, decent hardware and affordable price makes this a pretty good buy.

now a lot of people might ask if this can run pokemon go.
it does, with a bit of a lag.
either that could clear up if we are able to clean out the phone once it is rooted or maybe pay a little extra for a higher premium.

if anyone has any questions I am willing to answer them.
so far I am satisfied with the phone.

just wish I could root it and debloat it already. but I wanna just go stock for a while, especially without any free time.

saw the comments saying lag, I agree. but for my phone it didn't last very long. I activated then I left it to install and update apps.
after an hour of use it was running pretty decent with very low noticeable lag.

one big problem though is that the accelerometer is kinda wonky. even after I calibrated it.
