    Yeah i'm guessing anyone with an eris is going to tell you to shove it. They've been waiting 6+ months to get off os 1.5 with several leaked versions surfacing and still no word of an update. They are even done or near done with the 2.1 update to the motorola droid and still no word. The droid has been updated to 2.0 and now 2.1 and the eris is still sitting on 1.5. So for us to be getting a patch this quickly is remarkable.

    I don't care if I get an updated operating system I just want the phone to operate as its designed too.

    I have owned the Eris that was my previous smartphone its not that bad its just slow.
