Direct Link its software update. Keep in mind there is no root for the update yet from what I have read.

Well Just dont say "Yes Their is" I would think people would like to know where this information is on Rooting the new update. Wouldn't you want to know if you didn't? Please post what you know and were to find it on this new update for the Admire.. Thanks..

what exactly does 2.3.6 do to the phone and will i lose all my data if i update?

The 2.3.6 update changes the phone app and lockscreen, gives more battery life, security update, adds new bloatware and removes some old bloatware, it feels smoother. Yes, it does wipe all your data so sync your contacts with your Gmail account. If you have root, then it will be removed after the update.

HELP!!!! i just did the update. i had some apps on the SD card. i removed the sd card before i did the update. now when i put it back in, i didnt see none of my apps that are on the sd card, but the space is the same size

Well you aren't gonna see them. Just Reinstall your apps
