I just rooted my nieces og droid, and I want to manually flash CWM, but guess what, there's no bootloader :) No matter which way I try, (ADB, Manual, Thru Root Manager) I can't get into the bootloader, only a black screen, on the same model (mine) all the ways worked!.. any tips guys and/or gals?

Can you still boot up the phone? If so install rom manager and try to install cwr that way.

The OG Droid does have a bootloader, but booting into just it (the bootloader) is not as easy as with other phones. Manually flashing a custom recovery on the OG Droid is done while its booted into the regular Android OS.

I've got a guide as to how to manually flash custom recoveries in my sig.

    good luck
