thl w200 no OS - bad recovery, no rom

Hello

I own THL w200
I tried to install new ROM.
I followed this guide


And i put the backup at the phone storage and not in sdcard - so i dont have backup and now i dont have OS on my phone.

The recovery that i own is e3

When i try to wipe data i get
"wiping data
mount / data error"

I try to install new ROM from ADB but it aborted.

I think that in need to install new recovery and than ROM - but i dont know what to do and how and where to look for.

I will glad for any help. also in my country i cant find labs that deal with it.

I also had this problem with my old Alcatel OT 995 smartphone but i haven't fixed this already.
I concluded that it's death ( my alcatel ) .
You can better contact your manufacturer for further help.
