Tips Thought I had Bricked my Nexus 7 ...

    ... had it connected to a USB port on my desktop. When I went to use it - it was dead as a ... brick! Could not get it to respond to anything, including reset! (This after getting the 4.3 update and finding old horror stories about updates bricking things.)

    Eventually figured out that the desktop had gone into SLEEP mode and had deeply discharged the N7 (within a couple hours!).

    Connected it to the OEM charger and one-day later was back and fully charged.

    I'm afraid to completely discharge anything. I hear stories and scientific things that sometimes it won't ever charge b back up.
