So MainIdea's frantic seeking of a way to add an APN to bypass throttling (which won't work) got me thinking. On my S2 I had bypassed throttling my removing/changing various setting in the phones Data service menu (##3282#). This same menu exists on this phone as well, so I thought I would post a guide for removing the throttling stuff if anyone want to try it. I don't have my MSL, and don't use that much data so I don't really need this myself.
Of course, always backup/write down the settings before deleting anything.
