Support Thumbnail contact photo in Messaging

    In the stock Messaging app, recently my gmail photo started showing up with every message I send (used to just be the stock silhouette).

    Is there a way to hide the contact photo thumbnail of myself or both people (me and recipient)?

    I don't really want to see myself every time I text someone. :(

    Well you have to remove the google photo from the pc or laptop browser . Not from the device

    I want to keep that photo for others to see when emailing them.

    But I don't want to see it showing up in my text messages.

    Just was wondering if there's a setting somewhere that can hide photos in Messaging.
