Tilt/Orientation problems

i can't tilt my device ie after getting a replacement of my phone i cant play games like subway surfers,temple run where we have to tilt our character..I also cant change my orientaion to landscape while viewing video.Mobile-karbonn a15

Assuming you have auto-rotate turned on then I'm afraid it sounds like you're going to have to replace your replacement
