Timed intervals for checking GMAIL????

    Is there a way to set gmail app to check for emails every say 15 minutes instead of push ??:cool:

    I do not believe there is. However push shouldnt be draining your battery.

    Its not really but i thought it would save more no?...o well

    GMAIL does not drain battery to check because gmail will send you your email when it gets one on its server.

    Your phone isn't "looking" for new e-mails every X minutes. BIG difference.

    It cannot drain any less.
