What is safe to restore with Titanium after a full wipe?

Everything or just the green items?

This seems to be a common question, so I thought I'd create this thread so we can get some definitive answers and direct people to this thread if/when they would like to know what to restore.

By pure coincidence, I may be doing a full wipe (to keep things fresh) before flashing LeeDroid 2.4.1.
