So I just got my S3. Trying to restore some apps that I backed up on my Thunderbolt. However, TB doesn't display any backups on the S3. I pull the sd card and put it back into my Thunderbolt. Using Root Explorer I can view all the backup data in the TB backup folder. However, Root Explorer shows nothing on the S3?

Sounds like you need to change the backup folder location in TiBU. Open TiBU, hit the menu button, Preferences, find "Backup folder location".

I checked that. The folder destination is set correctly. When I browse in Root Explorer on the S3 the backup folder is completely empty. Do I need to backup to a different location?
