Tips To anyone who has tried to get help with Metropcs and fails everytime(come in here)

    This is a repost of a post I made in another post but I believe that it needs to be said to all those who have suffered from Metro's terrible terrible service. If I didn't do this, I probably would have waited another month to receive my replacement phone. NO joke! Prior to doing this I had talked to the highest managers of metro, filed complaints to the BBB, FTC, and the FCC with not one bit of luck. Oh and I called customer service everyday and the corporate store as well.

    trust me I talked to every manager and the highest ones that customer service had. I did that pretty much every day with no luck at all. All they told me was to go to the store in person which I did several times and I'm sure it was the ass hats at the corporate store that was screwing me over.
    After 25 days of nothing, I posted my situation on that page and 20 minutes later I got a call from the customer service manager that oversees everyone and sure enough she had a phone overnighted. Not only did she overnight the phone, but she sent it to a different store so I didnt have to deal with the other POS store that were suppose to be helping me. It literally took her an hour to find a phone.
    Sure there are other people on there that didn't get help but they most likely don't own an esteem. They know that there is a huge problem with these phones and I'm sure we are more of a priority than some of the phones. Plus as long as you stay consistent with the people with 611 with no luck, I'm sure that helps.
    The last thing they need is for people publicly putting their new "premium" phone down and showing that there is a problem with them.

    Short story, I know this lady. Has an Huawei Ascend, well she's had 6 total. 5 were replacements. She was going to need another replacement because like the others her current replacement was screwing up. She went and made ONE post on Metro's FB page......A rep contacted her and worked out her problem and the inconvince she has been having with the Ascends.... The solution Metro came up with for her: Theyre giving her an Esteem free of charge!

    My first Android was the Ascend. If I had a dollar for every time I wanted to throw that laggy POS at the wall, I'd never need gas money....

    I came from the Ascend too and still have it. I love that little piece of junk. Ahaha was impossible to hard brick it and always had more then one way to get it back to stock.
