This is a repost of a post I made in another post but I believe that it needs to be said to all those who have suffered from Metro's terrible terrible service. If I didn't do this, I probably would have waited another month to receive my replacement phone. NO joke! Prior to doing this I had talked to the highest managers of metro, filed complaints to the BBB, FTC, and the FCC with not one bit of luck. Oh and I called customer service everyday and the corporate store as well.
