I have an HTC Incredible and lately I've gotten into customizing it. I'm currently using LauncherPro as my home after trying many others. I've heard a lot about rooting your device and I think I might want to try it but I'm unsure. Do you think it would be useful to someone like me, looking to customize things and such, or is it more for developers of apps? I have to be honest, I don't know 100% about it but I'm willing to learn. Basically, would rooting my device be worth it and would it be too complicated for someone like me, unfamiliar with the technicals of Android?
