Help Toggling from One App To Another. How?

If I open a Browser, but them want to open an APP, or another browser, etc, ...I seem to have to go back to HOME, open the new app.

is this right?


Aslo..if I am in an APP, then I get a notification of email, or new txt, etc, I click on it an it opens email or messaging..etc.

How do I go back to first app? Sometimes back button works but then you can;t go back to second app because there is no FORWARD button.

Question : How do you toggle between Appp?

Hold the HOME Softkey until a list of most Recent Apps displays. Switch accordingly.

I knew that! Damn...I used that for recent but not for toggling. Duh.
