    Hi All,

Has anyone found an LED torch Widget from the market that works on the Legend? I've found plenty for my Desire that work but my GF wants one on her Legend.

    Any help appreciated :)

I downloaded one called MotoTorch LED but haven't really used it so am not sure how good it is. Non-widget-wise, I also downloaded Torchur and like that; it just turns your screen into a big white block but is fairly useful.

Thanks for the replies, it looks like there isn't an app/widget for my needs so I guess I'll have to wait or develop one myself!

Once more, there isn't one for unrooted phones.
Don;t you think it's about time you rooted your better half? :)

Yea its a bit annoying there isn't an unrooted version, there are plenty for my Desire!
I may root both of our phones at some point when I get a bit more time.

Color Flashlight turns your screen into a big block of light

There are even options to create a strobe, police light, etc.....

Torch widget included in the 2.2 upgrade, with various brightness, works on flash not screen

My other halve's legend hasn't got 2.2 yet, hopefully she'll get that soon then.

As it happens, the 2.2 update appeared yesterday and the torch widget I have now works using the LED! there is also a torch app like Ryan says too. I do like the screen animations on this new 2.2 update, much better than 2.2 on my Desire :(
