Torrent FU:I can not configure!!!

Hello to all!!!I am a new user...I apologize for the my English...I have a problem with "Torrent FU:I can't configure!!!!

Someone give me a help?I activated "WEB UI" Username,Password,8080...What address ip?192 or dynamic ip?I use NO-IP...

My OS on PC is:W7 Ultimate X86...

On Torren FU I need to have what adress ip?

In Torrent-Fu, the IP that you give depends on if you are connecting through your wifi (at home) or from somewhere else. If you are connecting through your own wifi at home then the IP you enter will be your private IP (the 192 address). If you are connecting from somewhere else you use your PUBLIC IP.
The port that Torrent FU needs is the WEB UI port from uTorrent under preferences > advanced > webui > alternative listening port. If there is nothing here then the port is 80. Do not use Utorrents port (the one you forward through your firewall) in preferences > connection, that will never work.
