Hi, so I've been using the Galaxy N2 for over 3 months now. The touch sound (sound when you touch items on the screen) for those 3 months were a CLICK sound.

Suddenly, today I noticed the touch sound became a WATER DROP sound much like the Galaxy S3's one. How did this happen? The sound is very annoying and I enjoy the old click sound. I thought you couldnt even change the touch sound without root access.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Weird. Maybe an OTA update occurred recently and reset it? Honestly, I don't remember what it was as I turn it off almost immediately upon setup of my phone.

I would LOVE to know the answer to this. Mine is a water drop noise and that was the default noise from day one but I would prefer the click!

You can only change it back to click if your device is rooted.

Remove the Water Drop (Droplet) sound on Samsung Galaxy Note 2.....no root necessary.

Disclaimer: I don't know if this works; only looked it up for you & found this.

EDIT: I just remembered this subject from a while ago. Follow this post instead of the video. I've heard it works--never tried it though.
