TW Launcher 4.5 - beta #21 [beta #22 testing last page] - xda-developers
Unfortunately, it's not that great and crashed a lot on my Triumph.

i used launcher pro, with 5 icons, and the touchwiz CM7 theme.
then i set the screen res to 140 ppi in build prop
then I used spare parts to enlarge the fonts while keeping icons smallish and sharp. so its not hard to read.
then set 5 icons for rows and columns in launcher pro
BAM! galaxy note style!
I have not found a decent 4 icon style launcher that is anywhere as fast and smooth as launcher pro.
there is a ADW fork called ADW-miui that has a REAL 4 icon launcher, but like ALL ADW launcher apps, it lags between homescreens and generally feels slow. so sad.
right now i moved my entire UI over to motorblur style (gingerblur cm7 theme) and launcher pro using a Atrix 4G style dock image. its neat too.

There is probly something I could have done some more advanced stuff to fix that but I'm still catching up to all these people who totally got their stuff tweaked to the Max.
