I don't see a way to continuously synchronize Android contacts with Windows Live Mail contacts. A search did return a few pieces of software promising to do one-click manual transfers if that's all you want. For example:

However, you might be able to synchronize your Android contacts with your email service provider. For example if you are using Hotmail:
