Transfer Blackberry password keeper contents to Samsung S2

I have a Blackberry with a Password keeper. I want to transfer the contents of password keeper to my new Samsung S2 phone (Android) but not manually. There is a solution reported earlier but its applicable when one starts afresh with a Blackberry & Android by using a Password keeper Application with Blackberry & Android port. Am mentioning about transferring existing contents of Blackberry password keeper to Samsung S2. Any suggestion?
