Help Transfer contacts from Samsung Freeform 2 to LG Optimus V?

Hey yall. Im using the Freeform 2 now and I plan on switching to the LG Optimus V on Virgin Mobile within a week or so. Is there a way to transfer my contacts to the Optimus? I noticed a feature to "send name via bluetooth". Would that work?

There are a number of contact sync apps out there...and discussion here and at Howard Forums on how to do it. Check the Market and the forums.

I'm new to this so please be kind I have all my contacts infor in the SD card (vcard) and import them to the phone but the phone keep on deleting it out or not holding it on the phone for some reason. What the cause for this? Thanks

Easiest thing to do would be to get them in your google online contacts list. They sych with your phone automagically. You can import vcard's to google contact list easily. Go to contacts then import button supports vcards.

You will never have to do this again once you get them in Google.

Yep...I imported a vcf file from a Palm Treo (about 400 contacts) into GMail Contacts, and then synced them...took less than 10 minutes, and it worked.
