transfer from internal to sd card?

I have a TM Tab, I installed an SD card today, I want to transfer my ebooks, pics and music that is being stored on the internal memory to the sd card.
I have it mounted, I don't see anything that sd card?
I do see another Removable disk and when I tried to create a folder labeled ebooks, when I tried to open them in aldiko says no books found..
what am i doing incorrectly?

You have to go to Settings/applications/ and whatever app you want to move just select it and then click move to SD card.

If you use the My files app, it will be listed as external_SD card. you can move books between "sd card" and "external_sd card." You can also use a file explorer app, such as Astro, to move files between internal and external sd card storage. You might need to wait for a media scan before Aldiko finds your books once they are moved.
