Can anyone help me, I've just bought the Galaxy S11 :) and I want to transfer all the data from my Iphone. Is it possible to do this as the contacts etc aren't on the sim card.

What are you trying to transfer exactly? Music etc, there's an app called iSyncr which will put your iTunes playlists on your new handset. Doubletwist will also do the same thing.

Do you have the option to export the contacts in your phone as a csv/vcf file? If so, that file can be uploaded to a gmail account. If that gmail account is the one used for your new handset, the contacts should appear on your new handset. It also looks as though Google Sync should do the job.

    Not sure about pics etc.

You can also sync to Outlook and then use Kies to sync your SG2. It worked perfectly for me. The new Kies works great in comparison to the older version. Maybe Samsung is going to make real improvements.
