transferring files from phone to pc and back

My SD card is almost full and I would like to switch to a larger one. How do I take everything off the smaller one, put it on my pc, then take it from my pc and put it all on the larger one?

If you have a card reader on your PC simply place it in the card reader and transfer all the files to the PC in a folder, if you don't then depending on your phone, you can mount your Phone to your PC and transfer the same way. Once done, then repeat the process with the new SD card but this time you will move from the PC to the SD card. If you need more help let us know
