    Anyway to make it transparent?

    1. Download the Forums for Android™ app!

well one could try to achieve via xposed. also someone with experience can mod the frameworks-res.apk and systemui.apk to make it transparent

I was going to mention the Xposed app. Make sure you're rooted.

Try the module "Gravitybox." There you should find options to make the status bar transparent and customise the UI look and feel.

Well xposed with gravitybox worked but it only makes the home screen status bar transparent. Not in any apps.

I've used the UOT Kitchen for customizing my OVs, but I haven't try for the Awe yet.

    UOT Kitchen

BTW, UOT Kitchen now supports Xposed, creating your own customizing module. FYI.

Ugh...was gonna release it yesterday, but its below 0 and I would have to walk across town to my office to use the internet. Might put it up from my phone while I sleep, since itll take like 4-5 hours to upload. I promise I'll get it up ASAP
    etchings13 and JHell like this.
