I have a request from a customer to write an app that requires privileges that are only available on rooted devices. To build it, I need a rooted device.

I followed some instructions I found to root the device, installing "UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.75.zip" and "openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.1-deb.img".

I suspect this was a mistake. Now, the device never boots, and I can't seem to restore it. When I try to install the factory image from Google I get:

razorg-jls36i] ./flash-all.sh

I should mention I am on a Mac, and I have the dev tools installed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
