Root trouble flashing rom

im using windows 7 64 and have the drivers manually installed and the first 1.6 rom by eugene that you see under the updated rom list and i can flash back to that just fine but i cant get any of the others to work. they all seem to just freeze during the download phase or it will download and restart but the screen will go black after the logos or constantly restart. any help would be greatly apprecieated, also this is the latest rom to come out correct?

After every Tom you must go into recovery mode and press menu in order to fix this problem. To go into recovery mode press volume down+call key+turn on key and then after its done loading you should see a caution sign or bhman sign. Then press menu and it will automatically reboot after the process is finished.
