    Need to take my phone into Sprint with a problem and I want to unroot, I unrevoked it some time ago. As of yesterday my EVO won't connect to the Sprint network, no voice service. 4G still works. So I need to take it in.

    Tried to flash unrEVOked forever S-ON patch v1.3 but i get the error message of unsupported Radio Version.

    My radio version is 2.15.00.05.02. And when i check the docs, yes that is not a supported radio version for unrEVOked forever S-ON patch v1.3.

    So I download PB31IMG-radio-2.15.00.11.19, rename and copy the PB31IMG.zip in and try to flash it...when I reboot the phone still on radio version 2.15.00.05.02. The screen flashes by pretty quickly when flashing the new radio version so I recorded it and looked frame by frame.. no error message just :

    Finding update package
    Opening update package
    Installing update

    I've been going through these threads most of the day but haven't seen anything that seems to work for me.

    Looking for ideas...

    thanks,
    Al

    DOUBLE TROUBLE!
    ===============
    First thing, try to flash a new rom (or re-flash current rom). That might resolve your issue.

    Second, what recovery are you using.
    What is your hboot? (vol down plus power with phone off)
    Where are you getting the PB31IMG.zip files, the evo uses PC36IMG.zip files, so that could be something there...

    Check out the steps again in the rooting for dummies Un-Root section. Perhaps you missed something? (Again, I imagine you read it all, but you never know)

    (hope we didn't miss you, did see this post lastnight )
