Hi, Newb here with a question about uploading movies. When I run Kies Air I have no problem uploading music to my phone, but for some reason my digital copies of movies aren't playing after I transfer them to the phone. I have a few movies in Itunes (didn't purchase from Itunes so DRM isn't an issue) but it takes forever for it upload to my phone, then when I go in and try to play it it says "sorry, this video cannot be played".

I tried converting the video to MPEG4 thinking that might be the problem, but to no avail. Sorry if this topic has been covered before but I've spent hours trying to figure it out and nothing has worked. Any feedback would be appreciated.

This is a tricky conversation as there is not much that I can suggest that does not violate terms/rules/guidelines etc here on this site.

There are programs that exist for converting digital copies...and handbrake is good for converting other movies that you own.

I think that is about as much as we can discuss without clearance from the powers above

It might be your player that is the issue - what are you using?
