With such a general description, the best answer would be to try and restart it. We can try several ways. The easiest would be to press and hold the power button until it reboots. Many tablets will force a shutdown this way and some you have to hold for upwards of 20 seconds. When you think you've held it long enough, hold it for 10 more seconds.

If that doesn't work, if you have a removable battery, take it out for a few seconds and then put it back.

You could also set it aside for a week or so until the battery discharges to the point that it can't keep the tablet on. Then you plug it in and try and charge it. Be advised that if you choose this method, it might take longer than a week and a restart might not be possible if the battery is drained below 5%.

If non of these methods work, you may have to seek technical support or repair direct from the manufacturer.
