I can't seem to get my phone recognized on my PC? I have installed the CD on my pc that came with the phone... Here's the screen shot that I have up:

I can't seem to be able to get the program to recognize my phone? How do I get it to recognize my phone? I have even tried the unplugging and replugging it back in to see if that helps and I get the same situation... When I do plug it in, I get the whole new drivers need to be installed like below:

I tried the locate and install driver software (recommended) option and then I get this:

What in the world am I doing wrong?

I have downloaded the HTC sync and I am still having issues. I do not know what is going on. I do not know if I am doing something wrong, or if I am missing a step. However, I installed the HTC Sync, and then after installing it onto the PC I went ahead and plugged in the phone. Which it seemed to work, however, I am stuck on being able to put a wallpaper image onto my phone... Any ideas or suggestions for this?

UPDATE: I was able to get it, I changed the sync part to harddrive or whatever. I was able to get a photo from my PC to my phone. :)
