why is my email account banned?
Their contact info is at MEEP!X2 | Customer Support I suggest a phone call or snail mail - your email address may be banned from their email too.
(If you look at their main page ... on second thought, don't, unless you know nothing about creating websites, or you like crying.)
It's telling you that exact message, that your email is banned? I've never heard that one. It's possible that the Meep is already registered (if it's second hand), or that our portal website is having a temporary issue in allowing you to register. We're investigating some portal site issues, so that's a possibility, but it would be helpful to know what email address you are trying to use and the Exact Wording of the message (a screenshot is even better). I BOUGHT A SECOND HAND MEEP TABLET AT THE FLEA MARKET AN IT HAS THE PARENTAL PORTAL ACTIVATED AND I CAN'T GET INTO NOTHING ANY SUGGESTION ON HOW TO RESET IT BACK AS IF I BOUGHT IT NEW THANKS
You could try contacting Oregon Scientific (Hong Kong) Ltd, who are NOT in Oregon. That's the company who does the Meep tablets.
