Help trying to set up my email

The phone prompts me thru a few basic items, but asks if my server for my email is pop3 or two other options, how do I find out whichy it is? It is Netscspe.com btw. It also asks for a port, I need to know where I can find out this information so I can set it up

That is info you'd get from your email provider. They should have a help page with all of this info for you.
